    We are in the same boat.  We ordered on 11/9 and they charged us immediately.  I have not heard from anyone in 3 weeks as to the shipping status of our order.  If we do not hear back in a day or two, we are going to file a dispute with our credit card co., as well.  This is absolutely ridiculous that not ONE person can respond with a shipping update or order update.  Oh and you can't cancel either.  But they had no problem taking the $$ as fast as you could hit submit.  Very upset and disappointed.

    I am beyond frustrated. What happened to pier 1 that knew? It’s been 10 days and my order hasn’t shipped yet. I’ve sent sent several requests through your website and two different emails to try to know when my order would be shipped and I have received no response from you at all. I’m not able to reach a person to talk to, very very poor customer service. On top of that I can’t cancel my order, I will have to file a dispute with my CC company, what you’re doing is not acceptable. I need someone to talk to not a machine.

    IF YOU GUYS CANNOT KEEP UP WITH DEMAND YOU SHOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS. I HAVE EMAILED YOUR COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER, NO CHAT AND THE REQUEST FOR INFO I SUBMITTED HAVE GONE NO-WHERE. I WILL BE CALLING MY CC COMPANY AND DISPUTE THIS CHARGE. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. NO WONDER YOUR STORES ARE CLOSED, YOU GUYS ARE GOING NO-WHERE, YOUR SERVICE REALLY SUCKS..............

    Have been waiting on two orders that I want refunded for not receiving. There will not be store credit, I will be getting a full refund.
    I have sent over six emails to address this situation and all I get in return is a generic email saying you’re busy. Is that really how your company does business now!?
    I need answers. Your company has stolen my money and will not answer. That is theft.
    I have reported you to the BBB already and I still have no answers. Get it together Pier 1!!! You are losing customers left and right. What the hell is going on there???

    THIS IS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have made numerous attempts to find an order I placed on November 28th. There is no tracking number, no response to my requests. I have paid for something I would have loved to have by the holidays but it looks like a slim chance in hell that will happen. 

    I feel as if Pier 1 has just put themselves out of business. I am not alone here based on all the comments. 

    I feel like I placed an order with some scam company and not Pier 1! PATHETIC! FRUSTRATING! RIDICULOUS!!!!  As a few others have mentioned... I too have reported you to the BBB. 

    TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE SCAM AND I THINK MANY OF US WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK!

    Purchased 3 Li bien ornaments beginning of November.  One was broken which I had sent 

    photos to support on November 11.  Received response on November 14 that there are a 

    high volume of orders and will be processed in order of received.  Sent message again on 

    November 21.  Replied that replacement had been ordered and look for email in a few days.

    It's now December 1 and no reply.  Bad customer service.  Very, very disappointed. I will begin to look elsewhere for these beautiful ornaments.

    Wow this is not the Pier 1 I knew and loved. I've messaged you 3 times and no one has responded. I will now have to cancel my order because I am only in NYC (the US) until the 14th of December. Though I see that there is no way to cancel so I will have to start a dispute with my CC company. I received all of my other purchases from other retailers by the time I arrived or within a few days. Because I ordered a rug from Pier 1 I wasn't able to from World Market due to weight limitations and now I'm not going back with what I need for my new apartment. So disappointed. Never again.

    If you are so overwhelmed with customer service requests and filling orders, hire more people!

    Tried to combine two orders that I made one right after the other and there is no way to contact anyone except be email. The telephone number no longer excepts live representatives only refers you to the email.  I have waited 3 days so far for a response, my items have not shipped, and have informed them that I want to cancel the order after reading other reviews online 90% all negative with many of the same responses of no way to connect to customer service, did not receive my items, my item has taken forever to ship with no response.......  There policy is to not offer any refunds only store credits but  seems crooked to not refund if the item has not shipped. Do not order from Pier One. Pier One Imports went bankrupt in 2020 these folks took it over and are based in Miami. Seems like scamsters all around.

    Putting a funny picture of the legend and a future comedy GOAT Steve Carrell doesn't help me feel any better. I feel like I've been neglected as a paying customer. This is straight up trickery and thievery on behalf of Pier 1. I truly regret ordering with y'all.

    Could someone please answer my emails?  I placed an order for a Christmas tree topper on November 20th and the order is still saying processing?  I don't get it.  Kind of need this item please.  You have already charged me for it so please ship it asap.

    I placed orders with several different online retailers on 11/28 and this is the only order that is backed up with no customer service.  You didn't have any issue charging my credit card on 11/28.  The comments certainly don't do anything to make me feel like I'll receive my order at all.  Fingers crossed I'll receive a response, otherwise I'll have to report fraud.

    We placed an order 11/9/22 and were charged.  Item has not shipped and I cannot even get an update on the order.  Your customer service is terrible.  I am seriously considering contacting our credit card company and letting them know we have been scammed.  Please updated us on our order.  No option to cancel, either.  No problem taking the money but cannot produce your product.

    Attempted to telephone Pier 1 regarding order placed on 11/26, but customer service telephone no longer an option.  Have left two emails requesting an estimated date of deliver, and only receiving their auto response.  Even tried calling headquarters telephone number and you can't get a live person to connect with.  Already frustrated!

    I will never order from Pier1 again.  I ordered on 11/28 and was charged.  The items have not shipped and there is no possible way to get any update on the order.  I've emailed, I've tried your chat bot, and there's no human at all who will do anything to respond.  It's really tragic and Pier1 used to be one of my favorite stores.  If I don't hear back soon or get the items, you'll have left me no choice but to file a dispute with the cc company.

    I placed an order Nov 27 and was charged for it. 2022 Li Bien ornament that is a Christmas gift for my daughter. It is out of stock. I also have emailed support multiple times and absolutely not one response back. This is definitely the worst customer service ever. If I ever get my ornament or if I ever get a credit back, I will never order from Pier 1 again either. This is ridiculous and absolutely not acceptable.

    I am truly flustered with your support system. I emailed you several inquiries 4 days ago and haven't had one of them addressed and cannot reach anyone by phone. Worst service I have experienced and no longer want to purchase from you granted it's so hard to get any questions answered over a mis-order.

    I believe Pier 1, along with others (Steinmart, Linens & Things, etc) name brands' were purchased by a company called Retail e-Commerce Ventures out of Miami Beach. There is no way to reach them or their companies. Emails and chat bots go ignored. I placed a Steinmart order 11/28. They took my money, but never sent the item or communicated with me after the sale. I will wait another week. If I don't receive the item I will do the following: contact the BBB and dispute the charge with my credit card.

    Like everyone else on here, I am livid. It will take every ounce of self-control I have not to go off on here.

    1. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    2. Several emails have gone unanswered. 

    3. In no way should it take more than 7-10 days to ship an order. NO EXCUSES. 

    4. My card was charged immediately. 

    5. This has become a joke! I am beyond irritated and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

    6. How in the WORLD do you not have the option to speak to someone????

    I am also very frustrated. I ordered nearly one month ago, the item has not shipped and you are emailing me asking me to review the item. I have not been able to get any response related to when the item will ship or even if it is in stock. I have asked via email to cancel the order and received no response. There is no way to contact you by phone.

    So sad that this is the current state of affairs with Pier 1.  It was always a tradition on Black Friday for me, my mom and sisters to go to Pier 1 to buy a Li Bien ornament.  Since we can't shop in a store, I decided to keep the tradition alive by ordering the ornaments online along with other items.  I placed my order on Nov 25th and my credit card was charged immediately.  I received the ornaments on Dec. 8th.  However, I have NOT received the remainder of my order.  I have chatted with the BOT and that was no help at all.  I've tried to call and can NOT talk with an actual person.  I've sent emails of which have NOT been addressed.  It says that the label has been sent to FedEx, but they have never received my order.  If this order isn't going to arrive prior to Christmas, it would at least be nice to know that so I can come up with a back up plan.  I have NEVER been so annoyed with placing an online order.  I will also be disputing this charge with my credit card company ASAP.

    BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!

    I placed an order 11/14. I have tried several times to send inquiries, only to be told I would hear within 48 hours. Nothing. Have I been scammed? I spent $1500. Is my next step the Attorney General at this point? I can’t believe that I can’t even get a simple update. To make matters worse, I got an email asking me how I like my purchase! Seriously. This is completely unacceptable. I just want my stuff. At least provide an update other than how busy you are.

    Also, please be sure you all are responding to the same email thread throughout the entirety of your case. It could create duplicate open inquiries causing your request to be further delayed.
