I am filing an Attorney General Complaint. You can do that online. I have done this before in other situations and it is amazing how it is quickly resolved.

I am trying to cancel my subscription & you website is not allowing me to do so. Is is not giving me access to “My Account” . Cancel my subscription or I will file a complaint with the A/G office.
I placed an order and the money was immediately charged to my account. I never received an acknowledgement and have been trying to contact Pier 1 for over a week. The contact phone number and e-mail is out of order. I’m hoping my credit card company will cancel the payment. I’ve bought from Pier 1 for years.
Where is my order? It's been over a month since the order was placed and my credit card charged.
