Pier 1 Polly- the chat system that pops on when you enter your comment. It’s in the bottom right corner under the submit button.
They don't respond to email, chat. There is no phone number. They take your money just fine, but never ship. Contact the BBB and your credit card company to dispute.
They should NOT be in business!!
I am filing an Attorney General Complaint. You can do that online. I have done this before in other situations and it is amazing how it is quickly resolved.
this place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I never got my item, can't get a hold of anyone, they never responded. I will never shop at this site again. Im convinced this is one big scam! I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. what a joke of a company,.
I filed my AG Complaint and also notified my bank of Pier 1s fraudulent behavior. Pier 1 refunded my money 3 days later. If you need to file a complaint with the FL Attorney general, here is the web address:

Terrible customer service. They completely ignore all communication from their customers, and will not allow order cancellations. They have another thing coming. I'm disputing the charge with my cc company. There's no way that I'm paying this shitty company a dime.
Same issue as all of you...they do NOT respond to any e-mail except with one that says they are so busy and will get back to me!!!! NO way to contact them. Wish I had NOT ordered from them at all. Customer service does NOT exist with this company!!!!
I've been waiting way longer than 21 days for the order I placed on 10/31 for $500 of furniture. I've sent multiple emails asked for an update. Can someone please tell me when I will get my items?
Placed my order 2 months ago……charged my credit card $1,500 and still have not fulfilled my order! No response from customer support. Apparently unable to successfully dispute charge due to the no cancellation policy so they get to keep my money and not ship my items. This company sucks! I will report them to the BBB and file an Attorney General Complaint for what it’s worth.
My credit card company gave me what they called a 'temporary credit' while investigating a Steinmart charge. Hopefully it will resolve in my favor and result in a permanent credit. I can't imagine the CC company will be able to get in touch with Steinmart, either.
Bad customer service bad company the order I got had duplicate items not what I ordered and I didn’t even get all my order, I sent 5 emails not one email was answered

I made an order for 4 mug sets and 1 bowl set. I received the mugs but haven’t received the 4 bowls yet. I have left messages. I have talked to Polly. She said she would make a ticket. Which she did but haven’t heard anything. This was before Christmas. Also I ordered a complete set of the Home for the Holiday dishes and it was missing one bowl. So I should be getting 5 bowls all together. They have all my money. I will do the same as the others. Report you to the Attorney General Office if I don’t get results.
Getting no help on question I am submitting
This company, along with several other bankrupt brick and mortar stores have sold their brands to a Florida company. There is no Pier 1 as you knew it any longer. I ordered from Steinmart in November. They easily charged my credit card, but I still haven't received the product. Thankfully I won the credit card dispute and my money was returned. I will NEVER buy from Pier 1, Steinmart, Dress Barn, Linen 'n Things, etc.
I agree with all other customers who have posted. If nothing else please have a warning for customers regarding inexcusable wait times or lack of response to requests after being billed for our orders. I used to love Pier 1, once the item finally is shipped/arrives, or if it does not and I contact my credit card company to dispute I will never order from Pier 1 again. I will also warn others about all of our recent poor experiences. Pier 1 executives should be ashamed.
For those of you that used a credit card to pay for your items... as did I, contact your credit card company and file a dispute. I did this and got my refund the next day, so give it a try. You CAN cancel, even though it says you can't.. I did and did it the same day I contacted my credit card company, so it does work. You won't know if you don't try it. Tell your credit card company it is Impossible to reach Pier 1 and they have not responded to your many requests and hopefully your credit card company and get your refund done.
I ordered almost $500 in items on Jan 16th, 2023. The same day my credit card was charged. Beginning two weeks ago I've submitted 7 status requests via email and attempted to use Pier1's Polly on-line chat function. Any contact numbers found are either disconnected or do not connect me to anyone at Pier1. All efforts have been ignored. If I do not hear from anyone or receive shipping information in the next few weeks, Pier1 will be hearing from my attorney. Do not order from Pier1.
This is garbage. Nowhere in the ordering process does it say 21 days. And the lack of any ACTUAL support is ridiculous. BBB will be hearing from me.
