What should I do if I received a damaged/defective product?

    I received a broken candle, took pictures, sent a request to send another one, then spoke to a customer service personm and still months later no candle and no refund. At this point please refund my card.

    I received a damaged item; took pictures, sent request for return process to receive refund, spoke to customer service person, routinely email customer service as a reminder and no contact from Pier 1.  I have been pursuing this for 21 days.....
