You should receive your refund in the form of Pier 1 store credit as soon as we receive our product(s) back to our warehouse. So you can pick up your décor shopping right where you left off!
Please contact us if you have not received your refund credit in the registered email on your Pier 1 account. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.
