You should receive your refund in the form of Pier 1 store credit as soon as we receive our product(s) back to our warehouse. So you can pick up your décor shopping right where you left off!
Please contact us if you have not received your refund credit in the registered email on your Pier 1 account. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.

I have not received a credit for an item I returned. When I checked the tracking number I saw that your business had received the item. I wrote to your company and was told it would take a few days to apply the credit to my account. The item was mailed in November. Can I please receive the credit or a refund? The order no. is 1110933 placed on October 16, 2022. I ordered the Botanical Garden Room Darkening Curtains.
