Missing a full item(s)?
1. Photos!
Before an agent can assist you, we will need to obtain CLEAR photos of the (a.)packing slip located inside your package and the (b.)products you DID receive. So we can properly assess the issue and prevent further occurrences.
2. Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of the delivery date of your product.
When contacting support please ensure you have the following information present:

- Shipping Address
- Order #
- Photos of damage AND packaging (box)

Once we received all the information needed we will work on getting you that missing item ASAP (if available).
Missing pieces to put your product together?
1. Double check!
If you have ordered a sitting product (chairs, stools etc) try reaching or looking under the seat to see if the pieces or screws needed are taped underneath.
2. Photos!
Before an agent can assist you, we will need to obtain CLEAR photos of the (a.)assembly instructions with missing parts highlighted or circled
3. Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of the delivery date of your product.
When contacting support please ensure you have the following information present:

- Shipping Address
- Order #
- Photos of highlighted/circled missing pieces
- Name of missing pieces and HOW MANY are needed/missing (ex: I am missing 3 screws labeled 3a)

want my order sent
I did not receive what I ordered, the Snowman plaque so therefore can't send any pic.
I was charged for the item $41.60 on 11/18/22.
If the oder can't be fulfilled I request a refund.

I placed an order over a month ago money has cleared my bank account no order received a month later. How can I get my order or my money back
I placed an order greater than 1 month ago and still haven't received anything.
I placed an order 06 Nov '22, paid in full 07 Nov '22 ($140.44). I have yet to receive the merchandise and customer service are failing to update me on the situation despite several attempts to contact them. If Pier 1 is unable to fulfill my order & due to the unsatisfactory way this has been handled I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment.

Where are the products I paid for?
I placed an order on 11/25. It is still not here!! And i emailed 5 times with no response. Of course my money was taken immediately after placing. I’d like a refund. This is terrible service. I will never order again!
I placed an order on 11/19/22, the funds were immediately debited from my account and I have yet to receive the items i purchased. I’ve placed several inquiries and haven’t received a response from any Pier1 Representative. I’m left with no other option but to report the fraudulent activity with my credit union.
I placed an order on 11/15/22 and my credit card was immediately charged. I had 3 items in that order. I NEVER received any communication regarding the order - no tracking info was ever provided, so I contacted Pier 1 Customer Service via email (as no phone number is provided on their web site). I got a reply back that sounded scripted and offered zero info - only to "allow" 5-7 days for my order to be processed... which it had already exceeded that time. Two days later - I received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. Then I received an email saying my 3rd item would be delayed and, again, that I would receive a tracking notice once processed and shipped. I waited over a week and contacted Customer Service via email. I received another email from Pier 1 saying "Well, this is embarassing" and telling me to click the link at the bottom of the email for an update on my order... But there was no link! I sent another email. No response. It is now 12/23 and I have sent 5 emails with zero response from Pier 1. I have already paid my credit card in full for this charge as I did not want to carry a balance and be charged interest for an item I have not received. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge (which will end up being a blip on my credit due to a "dispute"... even in my favor... hate this system!). My credit card company gave me a customer service phone number for Pier 1 that has been disconnected. They said they will contact the merchant re: the charge and unfulfilled order but I have to supply them with documents in the meantime via fax or mail. Not pleased at all. It's not a lot of money but it is MY money - not Pier 1's to take like this. I used to love Pier 1 and shopped there for over 30 years. Our local store closed, so I thought I'd try their online site. I know things are difficult, but they have really dropped the ball - especially in comparison to other major retailers. I have heard nothing from their customer service department. I hate wasting time on this, but really disappointing. At this point, I doubt I will ever shop online with Pier 1 again and would not recommend them to others.
Just a follow-up... I thought I'd try Pier 1's chat assistant to get an update on the one item that has not processed for my order. It says it can't help, will get someone, then comes back and says there is no-one available but I can "send us an email". So I clicked that. Then it takes me back to the same thing, asking me what I need help with... just goes in a circle. Doesn't even connect to email, just to the robot who says "Sure,I can help you". What a waste of time. Life is too short for this!
Dear Pier 1,
Please immediately refund my credit card for order 1168801. After four unreturned emails since my order of December 2nd, your items are no longer relevant to me. Please refund the money and cancel the order. It is the only way you can restore any integrity. I do not want store credit. I regret having made this order, as this is no way to do business.

I filed an Attorney General Complaint and also notified my bank of Pier 1s fraudulent behavior. Pier 1 refunded my money 3 days later. If you need to file a complaint with the FL Attorney General, here is the web address:

I agree with all other customers who have posted. If nothing else please have a warning for customers regarding inexcusable wait times or lack of response to requests after being billed for our orders. I used to love Pier 1, once the item finally is shipped/arrives, or if it does not and I contact my credit card company to dispute I will never order from Pier 1 again. I will also warn others about all of our recent poor experiences. Pier 1 executives should be ashamed.
