I am missing an item(s). What should I do if I didn't get my full order?

    I did not receive what I ordered, the Snowman plaque so therefore can't send any pic. 

    I was charged for the item $41.60 on 11/18/22.

    If the oder can't be fulfilled I request a refund.

    Please advise asap

    I placed an order 06 Nov '22, paid in full 07 Nov '22 ($140.44). I have yet to receive the merchandise and customer service are failing to update me on the situation despite several attempts to contact them. If Pier 1 is unable to fulfill my order & due to the unsatisfactory way this has been handled I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment.

    Disappointed :(

    I placed an order on 11/25. It is still not here!! And i emailed 5 times with no response. Of course my money was taken immediately after placing. I’d like a refund. This is terrible service. I will never order again!

    I placed an order on 11/19/22, the funds were immediately debited from my account and I have yet to receive the items i purchased. I’ve placed several inquiries and haven’t received a response from any Pier1 Representative. I’m left with no other option but to report the fraudulent activity with my credit union.

    I placed an order on 11/15/22 and my credit card was immediately charged.  I had 3 items in that order. I NEVER received any communication regarding the order - no tracking info was ever provided, so I contacted Pier 1 Customer Service via email (as no phone number is provided on their web site). I got a reply back that sounded scripted and offered zero info - only to "allow" 5-7 days for my order to be processed... which it had already exceeded that time. Two days later - I received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. Then I received an email saying my 3rd item would be delayed and, again, that I would receive a tracking notice once processed and shipped. I waited over a week and contacted Customer Service via email. I received another email from Pier 1 saying "Well, this is embarassing" and telling me to click the link at the bottom of the email for an update on my order... But there was no link! I sent another email. No response. It is now 12/23 and I have sent 5 emails with zero response from Pier 1. I have already paid my credit card in full for this charge as I did not want to carry a balance and be charged interest for an item I have not received. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge (which will end up being a blip on my credit due to a "dispute"... even in my favor... hate this system!). My credit card company gave me a customer service phone number for Pier 1 that has been disconnected. They said they will contact the merchant re: the charge and unfulfilled order but I have to supply them with documents in the meantime via fax or mail. Not pleased at all. It's not a lot of money but it is MY money - not Pier 1's to take like this. I used to love Pier 1 and shopped there for over 30 years. Our local store closed, so I thought I'd try their online site. I know things are difficult, but they have really dropped the ball - especially in comparison to other major retailers. I have heard nothing from their customer service  department. I hate wasting time on this, but really disappointing. At this point, I doubt I will ever shop online with Pier 1 again and would not recommend them to others.

    Just a follow-up... I thought I'd try Pier 1's chat assistant to get an update on the one item that has not processed for my order. It says it can't help, will get someone, then comes back and says there is no-one available but I can "send us an email". So I clicked that. Then it takes me back to the same thing, asking me what I need help with... just goes in a circle. Doesn't even connect to email, just to the robot who says "Sure,I can help you". What a waste of time. Life is too short for this!

    Dear Pier 1,

    Please immediately refund my credit card for order 1168801. After four unreturned emails since my order of December 2nd, your items are no longer relevant to me. Please refund the money and cancel the order. It is the only way you can restore any integrity. I do not want store credit. I regret having made this order, as this is no way to do business.

    I filed an Attorney General Complaint and also notified my bank of Pier 1s fraudulent behavior.  Pier 1 refunded my money 3 days later. If you need to file a complaint with the FL Attorney General, here is the web address:

    I agree with all other customers who have posted. If nothing else please have a warning for customers regarding inexcusable wait times or lack of response to requests after being billed for our orders. I used to love Pier 1, once the item finally is shipped/arrives, or if it does not and I contact my credit card company to dispute I will never order from Pier 1 again. I will also warn others about all of our recent poor experiences. Pier 1 executives should be ashamed.

    ****Update I disputed the charge with my bank and the claim was resolved(full refund) within 2 days.

    I placed an order in mid December. My order was partially shipped and even states “partial” in the order status. I have send 4 messages since 12/31 regarding the status of the remaining items and have not received a response. The phone number listed (888) 384-0700, at the bottom of the confirmation email doesn't work. I need the remainder of my order shipped or a refund for my full order. I will NEVER shop with Pier1 again!

    I had the same experience as everyone else. I placed an order on 12/2/22 but it came in different boxes, different dates and I never received the most expensive item ($192 which, of course, they charged my credit card for). There was never an email or other notification as to when it might arrive. I've called all the bogus phone numbers they show but none of them work. I've tried emailing their support address but never get a response. I've even gone round and round with their chat assistant Polly but that's also been a waste of time. What kind of company has no phone number or support staff who actually "support" the customer? Scammers!!

    Another update... After almost 2 1/2 months and no delivery or contact from Pier 1, I contacted my credit card company again. I had to fax several items to them to prove what I bought, shipping and delivery notifications (of which there were none), etc. It took a considerable amount of time to put together as Pier 1 provided nothing.  I faxed the documents to my credit card company. Two days later, I received an email from Pier 1 saying my credit card would be credited, that they were sorry they could not deliver the item I had purchased from them. I hope others are getting somewhere in this process and being refunded.  Unfortunately, I'll never purchase from Pier 1 again.

    I also placed an order and only got half of my order. It has  been 3 months and no contact from Pier 1

    Sent many emails and nothing. Won't do business with Pier1 anymore.

    I placed an order months ago. It has not been shipped. I have emailed and no one responds. I would not ever place an order with this company again. I suggest that on one places an order with them.

    I placed an order in January. It was never shipped. I requested a refund. The response was I will receive a store credit. I responded that I do not want a store credit. I never want to deal with this company again. It is a scam! I was told my request would be sent to the refund department. It has been 10 days and I have not received a response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PIER ONE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SHIPPING YOUR ORDER!
